Thomas Pamminger

I'm Tom. In 2000 I started Wollzelle, where we built Fluxiom, shipped Gucci.com, and a few others. The studio work, twenty years of it, lives at wollzelle.com, including the recognition it earned.

In 2017 I co-founded WeAreDevelopers, where I'm CPO. In May 2025 I started Labs there. We're two people using AI to turn ten years of video archives into searchable knowledge: chapters, semantic search, agent-readable content.

Since then I've built with AI end-to-end. It's been a ride from "this doesn't work" to "I got superpowers" to "let's slow down." Building is fun again. 2005 vibes.

I ride bikes. In September I finished Badlands 2026, the last eight kilometers on foot with a flat. My training and nutrition data live on rides.md, a platform I built with AI. It mostly tells me I can't eat fast enough to keep up with my own legs.
