I'm Tom. I started Wollzelle in 2000. We built Fluxiom, shipped Gucci.com, the Grammys, and a few others.

In May 2025 I started Labs at WeAreDevelopers. Two people use AI to turn 10 years of video archives into searchable knowledge — chapters, semantic search, agent-readable.

Since then I use AI end-to-end. It's been a ride from "this doesn't work" to "I got superpowers" to "let's slow down." Building is fun again. 2005 vibes.

When I'm not at a screen, I'm probably on a bike. Training for Badlands 2026 — 750km through the Andalusian desert. Or tinkering with rides.md — a tool that mostly tells me I can't eat fast enough to keep up with my own legs.
